Petrus Oud Bruin

I appreciate the service this Beer Book is providing for my memory.  Now I can sample a new style and jot a quick note about it for future reference and fuller enjoyment.  Petrus Oud Bruin is categorized by the Beer Judge Certification Program as a Flanders Red Ale.  With much more roasted malt than hop, this uniquely Sweet and Sour flavor results from 20 months of aging in oak casks.
