XLCR Pale Ale

Daughter Rachel cooked a wonderful tortilla casserole for supper tonight.  It was the perfect compliment to the growler of Pale Ale I brought home from Excelsior Brewing Company after a visit this weekend.  Their pale ale is wonderfully refreshing with piney and floral hop bitterness. It stood up strong to the Tex-Mex flavorful dish.
