While driving down a
highway in Wisconsin we just happened to pass by Water Street Brewery at lunch
time.

This made a fun little
stop. A friendly brewer showed us around
a little, friendly staff brought us a delicious lunch and a Pale Ale with tasty hops
character that exceeded my expectations.
