Coming in from mowing the
lawn, I pulled out a bottle of lemon flavored water from the fridge. It had been
way in back and was partially frozen. So
when I opened it, the pressure released, spewing sticky, fizzing, flavored water
all over me and the floor. What an unfortunate situation,
right? Needing hydration, and
disappointed by water, I had no choice but to return to the fridge and find a
beer.
Schell’s Firebrick is a very
satisfying amber/red lager. It’s really too good for a lawn mower beer, but
whenever your water goes bad, this will do quite nicely.
