On this crisp fall day I enjoyed a Salvator Doppel Bock on the
deck as I watched a boiling wort. Though
lighter in color and body than Celebrator Doppel Bock, this is so full of malty
goodness, it is an excellent example of all the reasons that makes me like
beer.
The Paulaner brewery in Munich has a video that explains the story and experience of Salvator.
Wort, by the way, is the name of the mixture of all the ingredients for beer before the yeast is added and fermentation starts to turn it into beer.
