I was enjoying this little beer on Small Business Saturday when I came across an article in the Portland Business Journal, “Goodbye, Henry Weinhard”. I was so disappointed that Henry Weinhard is another brewery bought out by the big guy, this time MillerCoors. Of course, I drank the rest of the good refreshing beer, but still, I would have rather enjoyed my beer AND felt good about supporting a small business.
