Slingshot Dunkel

In my book, this is what beer is supposed to taste like.  Dunkel is probably my favorite style of beer and Backpocket Brewing in Coralville does it very, very well. Simple ingredients of barley, hops, water and yeast are put together in the centuries old method of German dark lagers and the result is a sweet, soothing, refreshing glass of goodness. As the label promises, “It’ll remind you that beer is a pretty darn good thing.”
