Josephsbrau PLZNR, from
Trader Joe’s has all I’m looking for in a light beer: A grainy malt flavor and
a refreshingly clean old world hop bitterness. It was perfect for the occasion
of shucking our first dozen roastin’ ears of the season. I suppose it would be
good for any other occasion as well.
