Hale's Munich Helles 3

This Munich Helles is the last of the six pack Phil Hale brought me on his recent trip home to Iowa. Once again he has exactly captured the German style. This is a remarkably clear, crisp lager, that’s easy to drink and fun to enjoy.

Like the German beers of good character, I can trust Hale’s beers to be pure, with no surprise ingredients. A recent post on newssum.com (http://www.newssum.com/8-beers-that-you-should-stop-drinking-immediately-5182) lists some of the weird things you might find in popular mass produced beers, and I quote

Here’s some harmful ingredients that are commonly found in beer:
·         GMO Corn Syrup
·         GMO Corn
·         High Fructose Corn Syrup
·         Fish Bladder
·         Propylene Glycol
·         Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
·         Natural Flavors
·         GMO Sugars
·         Caramel Coloring
·         Insect-Based Dyes
·         Carrageenan
·         BPA
·         & lots more!
