Saphir Bock

After mowing the lawn, I can sit back and watch my hops grow with this Austrian hop-forward beer. The brewers began with a maibock, sweet with caramel and nutty grain flavors. Then they dry hopped with Saphir hops which gives an abundant floral hop flavor and bitterness at the end of the swallow. Delightful!
