Catching up on some of the beers from my past, I wanted to share a happy memory from Dapaong, Togo, June, 2007. This local drip was very refreshing with the goat dish at the "fete" served at the conclusion of workshop I led for pastors and seminarians at the Centre Luthérien d'Etudes Théologiques.
