Question: What could be better than two good friends
spending time together on a beautiful summer evening?
Answer: Two friends together and one of them has a
mother-in-law who bought the beer!
Barbara Zimniewicz (Erik’s
mother-in-law) got it right when she left us this Trader Joe’s hefeweizen. It’s delicious, beautifully copper in color (as you can see in this photo), and an easy aid to relaxation. The wheat and yeast work some chemical tricks to
produce esters that taste a little like pears.
