It’s brewing day at the Koch home. A batch
of light lager is ready to be bottled and the ingredients for a Pumpernickel
Porter are ready to go in the pot. I want a special beer for such a special day
and this Gringolandia lives up to its name, Fabulosa. When I roast marshmallows
I want them to be as dark as possible, right up to, but not beyond the point of
burnt. In the same way, I love a Porter with malted barley that seems to have
bee roasted right up to, but still under, the flashpoint. Fabulosa!
