I have saved this special brew since Christmas. Cameron had it for me as the apex for my Advent Beer Calendar. But I was too sick on Christmas to give this treasure its due attention. So tonight I prepare to toast the New Year by pouring this crazy sweet, wonderfully complex, malty treat.
