Colette

For supper tonight my wonderful wife made lasagna and fresh bread with roasted garlic. This farmhouse ale from Great Divide went nicely on the side. Funk is not usually my favorite part of beer, but I didn't even mind a little of it tonight in this one. In all honesty, the food was so good, I might have had a glass of yesterday's dishwater with it and still been happy.
