By Udder Means

It is as though some brewers in Belgium asked me several weeks ago, "What would you like for desert on December 14, 2015?"

And I said, "I would like a very dark beer that has the flavor of well-roasted marshmallows, perfectly brown, not burnt. And then it should have enough hops to allow for a clean finish that prepares me rightly for the next gulp." The brewers at To Ol At De Proef Brouweru made me just exactly such a beer.
