Cynicale

Here's to a quiet evening with a pint of a refreshing, citrusy ale. The Belgian funky spice flavor contributes nicely to the whole. Paired with this, I have a couple of cheese curds from our recent visit to Wisconsin. I am reminded of Dr. Bill Sysak's advice that beer and cheese are a better combination than wine and cheese. The carbonation and hops of the beer "scrub" the tongue, cleansing your mouth well between bites.
