Snake Hollow IPA

Sandy and I enjoyed a nice getaway this weekend in Marquette, Iowa. For lunch we crossed the Mississippi River for some Wisconsin cheese and Wisconsin beer.  Stopping in at Prairie du Chien's Fort Mulligan's Grill Pub we ordered some terrific fried cheese curds and this newly discovered beer made delicious by the hints of orange and herbs in every well-balanced swallow.
