Oddside Ales has brought us an excellent offering of the Citra variety of hops. I served this for myself with some sauteed greens fresh from the garden -- which were, by the way, absolutely delicious. But really, I'd even be willing to eat weeds, if I could wash them down with a Citra Pale Ale.
