Baltika #6

It is always a happy day when I can drink a Baltika 6.  A creamy enduring head sits on the syrupy sweet malt of this deeply dark porter.  It's in my top ten of all time favorites.  The only thing that keeps it out of the top five is that for some reason the wonderful complex flavors don't continue through to the finish.  I wish I could throw a couple more hops into their recipe.
