Fuller's ESB

Supper tonight was Gyros and ESB – yummy all around.

Today on the beer calendar on my desk, the Beer fact was all about ESB:

"ESB or Extra Special bitter refers to a well-balanced pale or bitter ale. Though the name suggests that these beers have a lot of hops or other bittering agents, they tend to be a combination of many flavors."

Fuller’s hits the bull’s-eye for this style.
