On this special day I wanted to feature a new smart idea on brewing. NorthHighBrewing.com in Columbus, Ohio allows customers to brew their own beer on premises using North High's ingredients and equipment. My niece Jenna Brown went there recently and generously gave me a sample of the nice Hefeweizen she and her husband Justin brewed.
Good beer for their first go. Notice the spectacular rocky head! I found that adding a shot of Triple Sec in the glass took off some of the cider tart flavor that distracted from the beer.
