Nota Bene

I'm hoping this is a spoiled bottle of Belgian Brown Ale, because I hate to imagine that this brewer intended to make it taste like this. But it's hard to tell with Belgians. Off-flavors seem par for the course with these guys. I'm dutifully finishing the whole 12 ounces, but I'm hankering for something to wash it down with, even a Budweiser will be welcomed after this.
