Urthel Vlaemse Bock

We had a great day hosting my sister Martha and her husband John. We visited the neighborhood buffalo herd.



Then for supper we enjoyed some very tasty Bison Burgers, paired with a yummy Belgian Bock. I am not always a fan of Belgian beers, but I appreciate it when they intentionally try to copy the styles of Bavaria. The malty flavor, with hints of dark fruit, was a great accompaniment to the ground buffalo Sandy had so expertly prepared.
