Rudding County

Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry is coming together for the family when I pull out this traditional English ale. As it turned out, everyone else in the house is coming down with some sort of upset stomach trouble, and won’t eat. Seems I’m going to have quite a bit of the stuff on my plate.

This good beer inspires my cooking. There is a bit of skunk in the smell, possibly owing to a long time on the shelf at John’s Grocery. But the flavor of sweet caramel is very enjoyable. It’s hopped enough to give a bitterness that makes my taste buds ready to invite in some good food.
