Ten Fidy

I paused in the middle of putting together a new bed in our guest room and took time to pour a beer. And this one definitely takes some time to pour!

Thick and velvety, it's rich in flavors of fresh baked bread and chocalate syrup. A real sipping beer, it's lasting long enough for me to hear several repetitions of the same sentence: "When are you going to put that bed up?"

Mama's Little Yella Pils

Tonight's winner winner chicken dinner went great with this pilsner from Oscar Blues. Sandy laughed about the name when she saw it at the store, so I picked up one. I know it looks like Budweiser in the glass, but believe me this has flavor and character. It could certainly be "fussed over" if you'd like.

Dale's Pale Ale

An afternoon lakeside campfire might be the perfect setting for a pale ale. Dale's starts with an aroma of apricot followed by a well balanced caramel malt and citrusy hop bitterness. A very refreshing and thought provoking addition to this beautiful summer outing.
