Saranac The Heart of the Hop

I don’t mind a bit when a brewer puts some rye in the beer.  Especially when the beer is this good and the rye adds such a terrific spice and depth to the barley malt and hops. Excellent!

Saranac Prism White Ale

My amazing wife made me a fantastic dinner of chile lime salmon fajita salad with cilantro lime vinaigrette. Wow! It was good. I reached into a Spring sample pack from Saranac and pulled out this white ale. It is slightly fruity and light, very refreshing and supportive of the good meal in front of it. My first ever Saranac beer hit the spot exactly.
