D.T.B.

We're enjoying a pleasant Sunday afternoon, shucking corn and sipping on a nice nut brown ale from LaCrosse.

Pearl Street Pale Ale

Pearl Street's choices of hops have given this Pale Ale an earthy and herbal flavor.  Very pleasant indeed, but doesn't top Linalool, my favorite from Pearl Street.

That's What I'm Talking 'Bout

I am officially a fan of Pearl Street Brewery in La Crosse. On this Saturday when I have absolutely nothing to do, I've found the perfectly relaxing beverage. Rich in bready flavors and sweet syrupy goodness, it finishes nice and clean, leaving me free from all cares.

Linalool

This is an excellent IPA from LaCrosse, Wisconsin. It showcases the Northern Discovery Hops, which give a remarkable floral and evergreen flavor. I did not expect something so classy to come out of such a hippie-looking bottle.
