Shipyard XXXX IPA

Shipyard XXXX IPA seems to get lots of good reviews in the blogosphere.  I just can’t fully agree.  I like it enough, but I wouldn’t buy it again.  The flavor reminds me of the taste you get in a good, substantial belch following a good IPA.  As we all know, such belches can be quite enjoyable, but just as the shadow is never as beautiful as the substance, so the second taste is never as good as the first, and so next time, I’ll buy an easier IPA.
